This year I made it all the way to the physical show on the very special 200th year anniversary at the Royal Scottish Academy Edinburgh.
This has been a major goal for myself as I had only previously managed through the first stage two years in a row.
Although that is wonderful in itself, to have my work hung on these historical walls alongside some of the most talented artists in the UK has been the ultimate compliment and boost to my creative journey.
The opening night was magical which I was lucky enough to share with my husband and many glasses of champagne!
